Zotero​

Zotero storage 免費 300 MB，如果放 PDF file 的話很快就滿了，可以只把 paper 的資訊同步，但 PDF file 用額外的雲端空間同步，同時在 Zotero 中以「Link file」的形式連結索引和 PDF 檔。

將資料夾設定成相對路徑

  1. The easiest method is to use linked files, rather than stored copies of files, with only your attachment files in the externally synced folder. The ZotFile plugin can make this simple by automatically moving attachment files to a designated folder as you import them. You should also set up Zotero's Linked Attachment Base Directory feature to point to the same folder so that Zotero can find your files on each computer, even if the path to the cloud storage folder differs.

Zotfile​

用 Zotfile Plugin 連結 paper 的 pdf file。 把檔案的位置改成雲端硬碟的位置。也會把 Zotero connector 新加的 paper 放到該放的位置。

  • 原本是用 google drive 同步，但感覺不是很無腦，偶爾會沒有同步到
    • 改用 sshfs 連學校的電腦還比較方便？
  • 升級到 Zotero 7 之後就沒辦法用原本的 Zotfile 了
